All prices are inclusive of VAT and taxes
Rates, Class Cards
Please register in advance for your classes to avoid disappointment. Registration and advance payment is also required for special events, workshops and trainings.
Yoga Mats & Cushions
Students are encouraged for personal hygiene to bring their own mat or cushion. The Jewel Within Yoga is however not responsible for loss, theft or misuse of any mats left on the premises.
Cancellation Policy
for Online Bookings
Yoga Classes
Please sign in with reception or at the self-check in at least 10 minutes in advance to the class starting. If you have not signed in by this time, your space will be opened up to allow drop-ins and this will be treated as a late cancellation and your class will not be credited or refunded.
For Training, Courses & Workshops
When booking for Courses and Workshops please note that we can only provide a full refund (less a 10% +VAT admin fee) for cancellations made more than 28 days before the start date. For any other cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list in which case we will refund the fee (less a 20% +VAT admin fee). If a course or workshop is cancelled ticket holders will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred into an alternative event. Once you have committed to a course or workshop it is your responsibility to attend the scheduled number of sessions.
Pre-booked classes must be paid for in advance.
Late Class Cancellations
Any cancellations made after this time (within 3 hours of the class start time) will not be credited back to your class or refunded. We require that you sign into class a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time your space will be opened up to allow drop-ins and this will be treated as a late cancellation and your class will not be credited or refunded. If you are on an unlimited contract and you late cancel or no-show 3 times over a month period, the option to book online will be suspended for a month. If you would like to cancel or modify a reservation or appointment, click “Cancel.” “Late cancel” appears when the online cancellation period has passed. This option can be used to allow another person to register in that availability.
Privacy
The Jewel Within Yoga takes your privacy seriously and is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share any personal information with any third parties nor rent, sell, disclose or distribute your information to any outside parties.
The Jewel Within Yoga collects different information in order to help us improve the services and products we offer and to provide unique personalised services and products to each user.
You are under no obligation to provide any personal data however, other than your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address.
We may ask for further information from you in order to obtain a better understanding of how we can improve our offering to you. In all instances it is entirely your choice whether or not to provide information.
